Does the layout look familiar?  I tried to copy the wedding invitation that was featured on the My Digital Studio website after they announced the release of the shaped postcards.  This was a bit of a challenge because not all of the elements in their sample are available yet for purchase.  I really want this to be the design of my wedding invitations so I sure hope they are released soon!

My Library for MDS Now Available for Android & Kindle Fire Tablets!

A few weeks ago Stampin’ Up! announced the release of “My Library” for My Digital Studio that could be downloaded to your iPhone or iPad to help you keep track of the digital downloads in your library.  (You can revisit that post HERE.)

I’m excited to announce that you can now get the My Library for My Digital Studio app for Android tablets and Kindle Fire.

With the app you can:

    • Add items you already own to your collection.
    • Add items you want to your wish list.
    • Sort your lists alphabetically or by release date.
    • Search for any downloads.
    • Browse new downloads released every week.

Here are some other things to note:

    • The app will not link to your software; therefore, manually add items you already own to your collection. Think of it as a sentimental journey-you can reminisce while you categorize.
    • While the app will work with most Android tablets, Stampin’ Up! does not recommend use on the Asus Transformer Pad TF300.   (Research indicates this will affect less than .5% of our users.)

This is a FREE app – who doesn’t love free?

Trick or Treat Mini Muslin Bags

Oh boy, I had a wonderful weekend — not only did I get to spend time in my craft room putting stamps to ink to paper, I got ENGAGED, saw a really great move (Gravity), I spent the day at the State Fair of Texas on Sunday AND the Dallas Cowboys beat the Washington Redskins!

While in my craft room on Saturday, I made these little treat bags to give to co-workers and family for Halloween.  My fingers and nails were stained from all the inking of the muslin bags but it was so much fun.

In With You – Monstermaniacs

Stampin’ Up! created a way for you to help them design and choose new stamp sets — In with You (beta program).  The Stampin’ Up! artists have no shortage of stamp set ideas, but this contest gives us a chance to innovate with our customers in a social media setting — and get your perspective and endorsement before the set is available.  The In with You program is currently open to anyone (demonstrators, customers, etc.) in the United States and Canada, including District of Columbia, APO/FPO and Puerto Rico (but not Québec).  So spread the word!

Once you join the Stampin’ Up! In with You online community, you can submit your original artwork for stamp set challenges, vote and comment on other people’s submissions, earn badges, and interact with others in the community.  Stampin’ Up! will produce and sell one or more stamp sets from among the top-voted submissions in each challenge.  Plus there are fabulous prizes for top designs.  For more information, submission guidelines, terms and conditions, and to participate, visit the In with You website.
