No Matter the Weather by Paper Pumpkin

Greetings my stamping friends. I hope you are all doing well and practicing social distancing. As I saw on Facebook today, “If you can smell their farts, move further apart”. (For some reason I find that very humorous.)

For today’s project, I am going to share with you my slightly modified cards from the March 2020 Paper Pumpkin Kit – No Matter the Weather.

Wait a minute, they look just like the samples in the instructions. Not quite – look a little closer and you will see that I cut the card base in half (cut off the back piece) and add a Smoky Slate mat that I then attached to a standard size card base of Thick Whisper White cardstock. Why, because their original size is “note cards” size (3.50” x 5.00”). As modified, my cards are now standard A2 (4.25” x 5.50”). I will then need to substitute envelopes, but that means I have the pretty liners from the envelopes provided in the kit to use as background paper on other cards!

Here are the Stampin’ Up! products that I used to modify my cards which can be added to your shopping cart by clicking on the images:

Here again is the video provided by Stampin’ Up! that shows how to assemble the kit:
