I just can’t help but want to play with the Christmas-themed products from the Holiday Catalog. I got a late start today so I wanted to try something I thought would be simple and quick. I chose the green card on page 4 of the Holiday Catalog that uses triangles from one of the designs on the Quilted Christmas Designer Series Paper for Christmas Trees. Well, I’m getting on in age and my eyes are not as good as they used to be so I strained to see exactly how they made their card and then gave up and settled for a slightly modified version.
I apologize for the wrinkles on some of my triangles. I struggled with my dimensionals – they wanted to go crooked on me. I should have taken that as a sign. I encountered many obstacles on my way to finishing this project but I finally finished it. I think I made it more difficult than it really needed to be due to me being tired when I started. Lesson learned!
Below are the Stampin’ Up! products that I used in the design of this card, all of which can quickly be added to your shopping cart by clicking on the thumbnails:
If you have any questions regarding any design elements of this card, do not hesitate to ask. (Or if your eyes are better than mine, CASE the catalog!)
Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you leave here inspired to put stamps to ink to paper. Until next time, stamp on my friends.
