Greetings my stamping friends. I am posting a quick update on the Clearance Rack.
New items have been added to the Clearance Rack in the online store! If you didn’t visit this page after receiving my most recent post regarding the Everything is Rosie product medley, be sure to check it out ASAP. Supplies are limited, and with discounts up to 60%, products will go quickly.
Greetings my stamping friends. I hope you are all doing well.
I have spent most of my day attempting to organize/reorganize my crafting space. There’s nothing quite as sweet as a work surface that has been cleaned and everything (almost everything) has been put in its proper place!
Today’s project shares with you a product medley that was offered as a special release in late 2019 – Everything is Rosie. Why am I sharing a project using these products, you ask? Well, the simple and obvious answer is because this product medley is still available on the CLEANCE RACK at a greatly discounted price. I was inspired by a card I found on Pinterest by Susan LaCroix which I modified slightly.
My three layered strips of DSP are cut using one of the dies from the rectangles set and measure approximately 1.25″ x 3.25″. I cut the gold DSP from this product medley at 1.50″ x 3.50″ and attached flat to card front. With the exception of the Night of Navy card base, Night of Navy ink, adhesives and the rectangle die, everything else used in the design of this card is included in the product medley, including the stamp set.

Greetings my stamping friends. I hope this post finds you all doing well.
The project I will be sharing with you today evolved slowly. I knew I wanted to use the Bird Ballad laser-cut cards as my starting point. I tried several different designer series papers before I settled on the one I used. Once I had that second element it was a no brainer on what my other supplies would be. I hope you like it!
I wanted the DSP to remain loose so I only attached the left edge of the paper to the laser-cut card with glue dots. I stamped the flowers and leaves in Classic inks on the coordinating vellum and then added clear embossing powder. When you move the card from side to side it shimmers. The sentiment is stamped on a piece of 2” square Very Vanilla cardstock matted by a 2.25” square piece of So Saffron cardstock.

Greetings my stamping friends. I hope you have a Happy (and safe) Easter or had a good Seder for Passover.
I owe you all a huge apology for falling behind (again) on sharing projects with you. I had a bad week this past week with anxiety attacks which basically took me out at the knees. I’m feeling a bit better today and sought refuge in my crafting space this evening.
Today’s project was created on the fly. I hope you find it inspiring and will take some time to #keepstamping.
As you will notice this is not a typical card fold. It is called a “gate fold”. Instead of scoring at 4.25”, I scored a piece of 8.50” x 5.50” cardstock at 2-1/8” from each end. When each flap is folded over, the card measures 4.25” x 5.50”. I added layered panels to each flap and the sentiment is attached on the left flap only.

Greetings my stamping friends. I hope you had a great weekend and are still healthy and safe.
I am so excited to share today’s project with you. I knew I wanted to make a friends card using the Nine Lives and Happy Tails stamp sets, but I wasn’t sure how I was going to design the layout and background. Then I glanced over and saw that I had not used my March 2020 Paper Pumpkin refill kit yet, No Matter the Weather. I love how it turned out!
Now I wish I had ordered more than one refill kit. Sadly, they are all sold out already.
I used one of the card fronts from the Paper Pumpkin refill kit as my background which I layered onto a piece of So Saffron cardstock. The dog, cat and sentiment are attached with dimensionals. Everything else is flat to the card base.

Greetings my stamping friends. I have to admit that I was a wee bit lazy today. With the rain and the cold weather, the couch and a warm blanket won over spending a great amount of time in my craft room today (Saturday). I hope you were more productive than I was.
I did manage to design and complete a new card to share with you. I pulled out my much neglected stamp set Good Morning Magnolia and this is what I made.
It’s a pretty basic and simple layout (I’ve probably made dozens of similar cards), but I just love how elegant it looks with very little effort.

Greetings my stamping friends. What are your plans for the weekend? Okay, I know that we are all going to be smart and shelter in place. What I mean is, what are you going to do to make yourself feel some peace and tranquility? As for me, I hope to be spending a LOT of time in my craft room making cards to share with you and then send to my friends and family to let them know that I am thinking about them.
I am so excited to share with you today’s project which uses the Ornate Layer Dies from the newly available Ornate Garden Suite which I posted about a day or so ago.
It didn’t really come out exactly as it seemed in my brain, but I am very happy with it. I had intended for it to be a Mother’s Day card but I didn’t have a sentiment that was big enough to fill the die cut tag. What do you think? What would you do differently?

Thank you for stopping but today. I hope you leave here inspired to put stamps to ink to paper. Until next time, stamp on my friends.
Greetings my stamping friends. I hope you all remain well. I just boxed up 243 handmade cards of various themes to donate to a friend who works in the senior living business. If you, like me, have thousands or even just hundreds of cards gathering dust in boxes, take some time during the next week to pull out your favorites and send them to friends and family to put a little happy in their day.
For today’s project I rummaged through my stack of Paper Pumpkin boxes for a kit that has long been ignored. I chose On My Mind from July 2019. I have a few people in mind to send some of these to in the coming weeks.
This particular kit had enough supplies to make 9 cards with envelopes (3 each of the 3 designs). As a bonus, if you are familiar with the 2019-2020 Annual Catalog, you should recognize the theme and designs of the designer series papers used on these cards. That’s right, this kit coordinates with the Woven Thread Suite, Garden Lane Suite and Come Sail Away Suite. How awesome is that!?!
If you have never tried a Paper Pumpkin subscription, or if you tried in the past and want to give it another look, each month’s kit comes with a stamp set, at least one ink spot (1.00″ square ink pad), mini glue dots and/or dimensionals, embellishments and other supplies needed to make that month’s project(s). The projects range from calendars, to treat/gift boxes/bags, cards or framed art.
A month-to-month subscription is $21.00/month in the US. There are pre-paid subscription options of 3, 6 or 12 months. I have provided hyperlinks for your options below. Or you can simply go to my Paper Pumpkin subscription page HERE.
Your deadline to subscribe to April 2020’s kit is April 10, 2020. Why not try it out for yourself and be sure to select me as your demonstrator during the subscription process?
Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you leave here inspired to put stamps to ink to paper. Until next time, stamp on my friends.
Greetings my stamping friends! I hope you are all doing well and making the best of your shelter in place situation. If my dogs didn’t whine so much when I lock them out of my crafting space, I would be making cards all day. For now, I have to wait for them to go to bed with my husband.
I do have a new project to share with you today using some products from the Timeless Tropical suite. This layout and design is fairly simple and would be a quick card when you needed that card yesterday.
You will need some sort of die cutting/embossing machine to use some of the products I included in this card. Stampin’ Up! is still in the process of designing a new tool, but for now if you have a Big Shot or similar machine, that will work (you may need to add a shim, depending on what you have as a base plate).
Some quick tips on this card: (1) the Crumb Cake layer is attached to the Thick Whisper White card base with dimensionals; (2) the Old Olive and DSP piece are adhered together with Snail; and (3) the layered pieces from (2) are attached to Crumb Cake with Snail.

Well, now that Sale-A-Bration has ended (and I sure hope you all took advantage of the FREE products, even if not purchased through me), what could Stampin’ Up! possibly do next? How about an early release of a product suite from the new catalog that will go live in June 2020?
INTRODUCING THE ORNATE GARDEN SUITE
Starting today, April 1 (no joke), you can order any of the products from this new suite. This new suite is vintage and floral, with a cheerful Spring theme, magnified by the variety and scope of the beautiful, coordinating products. I can say that the dies are incredible and are on my must have list.
Here for your shopping convenience are all of the possible options to purchase items from this new suite along with hyperlinks to add them to your shopping cart:
Greetings my stamping friends. First, I apologize for not posting yesterday. I got so busy listing retired products for sale in a FB buy/sell group, I lost track of time. I did have the project I am sharing with you today completed, but not photographed and watermarked for posting.
Today’s project uses a stamp set and punch bundle from the Mini Catalog – Timeless Tulips. There are a handful of greetings of various themes, but for this card I selected the Easter greeting since Easter is really just around the corner.
The tip for using this stamp set is to stamp your stems first. Otherwise, you will be frustrated with trying to match the ends of the stems to the flower base and will have over-stamping issues (ask me how I know). Next tip would be to stamp your leaves after you stamp the tulip buds.
