#OnStage2018 Orlando, FL

The much anticipated event has arrived! After a very long day of travel and what seemed like endless walking through airports, the Orange County Convention Center (the entire length of Concourse H there and back – parking was at Ballroom F but our event is at Ballroom A) and then the winding hallway of our hotel at which our room is at the very end of the hallway, I am not sure how long my ankle is going to last. But we are all here and safe with an adventure awaiting us!

This trip is also a little sad for me. This is my first OnStage event since my Demonstrator friend Beth Grace died from cancer earlier this year. She was my roommate at my very first convention in 2010 and from then on whenever we both attended out of town events we were roomies. While I was waiting at the baggage carousel I encountered several demonstrators who were also members of Jennifer Cotton’s downline (along with Beth) who recognized me which made me think of Beth which then made me tear up. I am sure this will happen many times over the next few days – I sure do miss you my friend.

Since I am titled at Bronze Elite (good sales but no recruits!) I did not qualify for the CenterStage event that was held this evening. I can only imagine the marvelous time those who are Silver Elite and above are having this evening. Someday I will be joining them …

Today I was able to pick up my registration packet which contains our bag and other items. With this year marking the 30th Anniversary of Stampin’ Up! the items reflect this momentous occasion.

I love it all!

Ok it is VERY late and my day starts really early tomorrow so it is time for me to say goodnight.

Thank you for stopping by today. Until next time, stamp on my friends.

Linda
