The retiring items list for the 2017-2018 Annual Catalog is expected to be released around mid-April. Items that are guaranteed to be retired (discontinued) are the ink pads, ink refills, markers, ribbons, papers and embellishments from the 2016-2018 In-Color Collection. If you have a favorite color, now is the time to stock up! What is your favorite color: Dapper Denim, Flirty Flamingo, Peekaboo Peach, Sweet Sugar Plum, Emerald Envy. If I had to chose just one, it would be Dapper Denim.
Q. Why order them now before the retire item list comes out?
A. Because once they appear on the retired list they are available only while supplies last.
Update on my right ankle:
I had my follow-up appointment with my surgeon today – or to be more precise his nurse and assistant surgeon – to see how my healing is progressing. They removed my soft cast (splints) and took x-rays and then decided the stitches on the outer side of my ankle were ready to be removed. Here is a before photo:
The stitches on the inside and top of my ankle need more time to heal. I have photos of those areas as well but they are way too horrible to share. I go back in another week for another follow-up. Instead of putting me back into a soft cast (splints) I have a boot that I can take off when I am not up moving around. However, I still cannot put any weight on my right foot. Best news this week is that is looks like I am being released from rehab by the end of the week!
But wait there is even better news, my amazing husband has agreed to bring downstairs tools and products I need to get my craft on so I hope to be sharing some new projects with you soon!
